Return Authorization must be issued by your Account Executive prior to return

Return Authorization must be clearly marked on the outside of any shipment

Any defects for damaged merchandise must be reported to your Account Executive

Damaged merchandise must be clearly marked on the garment

Original hangers and packaging must accompany the return

Prolonged sun exposure damages fur and will not be eligible for return
